- Red Wall Graphitti Door v2.0Beta
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Written, Programmed, & Used (Same thing... Isn't it?) by Nigel Mull
-
- Disclaimer
- ~~~~~~~~~~~
- Use this program at your own risk. There are no guarantees that
- RW-Graphitti will run on your system.

-
- Idea In A Box:
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- I'm always looking for Ideas on what to add to this door. When someone
- loggs on with a security level greater than or equil to the one
- specified in your config file, RW-Graphitti gives you the option to view
- the names of the users who wrote on the wall by pressing "@". (This
- will make no changes if you specified the "/N" on the command line)
-
- If you have any suggestions/donations (AHH!!! He said Donations)
- or even a found bug... Just leave to Nigel Mull message at:
-
- Morzack BBS (513)437-2705 (Comment To Sysop)
- PrebNet 77:101/22 (You'll probibly never be on PrebNet though...)
-
- Thank you for reading this!! (As if you didn't HAVE to...)
-
- File Discription:
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- You should have these files:
-
- * GRAPH.EXE [The door]
- * GRAPH.DOC [Doccument: If you don't have it, what are you reading?]
- * GRAPH.CFG [Sample Config File]
- * FILE_ID.DIZ [The Discription for those that collect a mass of programs]
- These are all the files I put into that ZIP.
-
- !!HEY!!
-
- Installation!!! (What you really read this for)
- ------------
- I'm gonna make it short as possible.
-
- With Red Wall Graphitti's new configuration system, you can name
- your configuration file anything you wish. But it needs to have
- these lines in it: (To made with your favorite ASCII (Text) editor)
-
- Line Definitions For GRAPH1.CFG (or whatever):
-
- Line #1, : Sysop's Full Name (Ex. Nigel Mull)
- Line #2, : BBS Name (Ex. Morzack BBS)
- Line #3, : Minimum Access Level: Ex. (10)
- Line #4, : Sysop Security: Ex. (999)
- Line #5, : DropFile Type Ex. (SFDOORS.DAT)
- Line #6, : Put 000000 on this line, it's for future use!
- Line #7, : Init parms: Ex. (0,0,0)
- **Note on line 3**
- Any security level less than the number in there .CFG file will denied
- access to this door. Local Mode automatically uses the Sysops' name
- & gives him/her a Security level of 37255.
-
- **Note on line 6**
- This was previously for the random text trigger. But the new
- upgrades (TOTAL program was rewritten) showed that it was best to
- exclude this option. I may add this feature again if I feel the need.
-
- **Note on line 7**
- Line 7 contains the door initialization type you want to use with
- the door. I suggest "0,0,0" (Yes, without quotes). This actually
- stands for "DriverType,HandShake,IRQ". Here's a listing for this:
-
- DriverType:
- ~~~~~~~~~~~
- 0 - Uses a FOSSIL driver if present. If not, it will use
- built-in communications routienes.
-
- 1 - Forces RW-Graphitti to use built in communications routienes.
-
- HandShake:
- ~~~~~~~~~~
- 0 - No handshaking.
- 1 - Uses XON/XOFF (software) handshaking
- 2 - Uses CTS/RTS (hardware) handshaking
- 3 - Uses both CTS/RTS and XON/XOFF handshaking
-
- IRQ:
- ~~~
- 0 - Uses the default IRQ value for the COM port read from the Dropfile
- 1-15 Uses a specific IRQ value
-
-
- CUSS.TXT:
- ~~~~~~~~~
- This file is where you put those words you don't wand on your wall.
- If someone enters one of these undesired words, it will scramble
- their text and save it to the wall.
-
- Whew... Now how to run da door!
-
- Command Line Usage:
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- GRAPH [/Cx:\dir\cfgfile.cfg] [/N] [/P] [/L] [/!]
- /C - Specifies the configuration file to use (EX: /CD:\SF\WALL\NODE1.CFG)
- /L - Runs door in local mode :: Doesn't use GRAPH.CFG ::
- /P - Prompts user if they would like to read the wall
- /N - If this parm is found, the names of the users will be
- above the line they put on the wall.
- /! - Scans the wall for "CUSS WORDS" found in "CUSS.TXT"
-
-
- Drop Files Supported:
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- * DORINFO1.DEF
- * DOOR.SYS
- * CALLINFO.BBS
- * CHAIN.TXT
- * PCBOARD.SYS
- * SFDOORS.DAT
-
- Thanks again for reading this file.
